The Millburn Education Foundation (MEF) works to ensure continued educational excellence for Millburn Public Schools by providing grants for progressive programs, technology, and equipment that will enrich the students' academic experience. The MEF Grants Committee screens every grant request diligently to ensure consistency with district objectives. We encourage Millburn faculty, administration, community groups and parents to seek grants to fund educational innovation that will take learning to the next level.
The MEF offers one grant cycle; applications are accepted from November through March. Award decisions are made after the March 15th deadline with grants to be used in the following school year. Applicants will be notified of application disposition before the end of the school year.
***Exceptions to the timeline for consideration may be made for time urgent projects that cannot wait until after March 15th for review and are under $2,500.
